⦁    How many guest can your facility accommodate?
Briggs Woods Conference Center can accommodate up to 350 guests.

⦁    What does the Events Coordinator do?
Our Events Coordinator is with you from the planning to the conclusion of your event.  Our coordinator is your go-to person should anything go awry while you’re enjoying your celebration.  You’ll discover a great weight has been lifted off your shoulders knowing our coordinator has the knowledge, expertise and experience to carry out your event from beginning to end.

⦁     How many times can we meet with the Events Coordinator?
We can meet as many times as you like.  We want you to feel 100% comfortable with your wedding plans!  Our event coordinator has specific dates and times available for consultations so be sure to call and set up an appointment.

⦁    How long do we have the facility?
Your rental fee allows you access from 8:00 am to 1:00 am.  We ask that your DJ/Band stops playing at midnight and we give you an extra hour to collect your belongings and decorations.    
 
⦁     How much is the deposit for the facility and when is it due?
The required deposit is dependent on the day and season of your wedding. Our event coordinator can either email you this information at your request prior to booking with us.  The deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.  

⦁     Can we bring in our own food and alcohol?
No, Briggs Woods Conference Center is a full service venue, meaning that all food (minus wedding cake) and alcohol must be purchased from Briggs Woods Conference Center.

⦁     Who is responsible for setting up and tearing down of our wedding reception?
Set up and tear down of all tables, chairs and food items will be completed by Briggs Woods Conference Center Staff.  All personal items and decorations must be removed at the completion of your event.

⦁     Can we have pictures taken on the Golf Course?
Of Course!  Pictures can be taken anywhere around the conference center and clubhouse grounds. Our Events Coordinator will work with you to plan the right time for pictures on the course dependent on what is happening on the course the day of your event.

⦁     Who is responsible for setting up and tearing down my event? 
Set up and tear down of all tables and chairs and food items will be completed by Briggs Woods Conference Center staff.  All other items will be based on the package chosen and plans made with our events coordinator during consultations.  All personal items/decorations must be removed at the conclusion of your event as outlined in your contract.
